The Gregg and St Winifred's Schools Trust is the parent company of
The Gregg School and St Winifred's School in Southampton

The Trust was established for the promotion and advancement of education and the operation of a school, or schools, for such a purpose. The Trust currently owns and operates two schools.

• St Winifred’s School (including April House Nursery) in Winn Road, Southampton, is a co-educational school and nursery catering for 2 to 11 year olds.
• The Gregg School at Townhill Park House, Townhill Park, Southampton (situated in buildings and grounds owned by the Trust) is a co-educational school for 11 to 16 year olds.
